  • 100 percent financing: With 100 percent construction financing, you cover the purchase price of the property, provided that the bank is willing to finance the purchase price in full after determining the value.
  • Over 110% financing: With over 110% construction financing, we offer you financing of the purchase price and including the ancillary land acquisition costs.
  • Up to 130 percent financing: With up to 130 percent construction financing, the financing covers not only the purchase price and ancillary land acquisition costs, but also possible renovation and modernization costs and the difference, i.e. the blank share for real estate valuation on the part of the bank.
